She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Tallent and Mary Adams Tallent; six sisters, Irene Morphis, Willie Morphis, Fay McCullough, Birdie Westmoreland, Eula Cardwell, Aire Tallent, two brothers, Daniel Tallent and Jesse Tallent.
